Thirty years ago, we were collecting Rosehip by hand as we do nowadays. Its infusion with Thyme and honey became our daily drink at home during winter. Taking this infusion, none of us were sick. My brother was the most benefited, everyday he was making this pleasant infusion for himself.
Later we found out another plant that was interesting: the Echinacea of North American Indians. So we decided to include it to the herbal mix.
A day long ago, my mother gave a name to this infusion. She decided to call it THYMUS.
